STEP 1: Load Mail

Mail is loaded to the ergonomic workstation.

STEP 2: Data Acquisition & Rate Shop

Scan, weigh, dimension, verify to WMS, and rate shop.

STEP 3: System Processing

Shipping (or other) labels will be applied for accurate product tracking.

STEP 4: Sorting

Product is sorted to your containers, with confirmation and logic tracking. Any exception is identified for reprocessing.

STEP 5: Re-Work

An inspection workstation is available for re-work as needed.

STEP 6: 2nd Pass (applicable for two-pass sorting)
